Hi there! I’m originally from Birmingham, Alabama, also known as the Magic City. I moved to New Orleans to attend Loyola University, graduating with honors and a BA in English Literature in 2022. Along the way, I worked at a center for ESL (English as a Second Language) Education and had the opportunity to meet and work with people from all over the world. I was able to travel by working for a touring choir, and got to explore countries like Croatia, France, and Austria. I worked at a literary magazine and sharpened my writing and editing skills. After moving to Boise, I was drawn to Giraffe Laugh’s mission. Coming from a family of educators, I know the importance of education; I was able to see the positive impact of Giraffe Laugh not only in the community now, but far into the future. I’m very grateful to work with such wonderful people, and to contribute towards something so meaningful. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
We can see the future from here!
