I am the eldest child of three, having two younger brothers. I was born in Arizona and have lived in many areas including Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho. Though Idaho is where we always ended back up. While living in Idaho I have made it my home, and it’s history and betterment one of my passions. While growing up I rode horses and enjoyed being a messy child. I now live in Middleton with my husband, Connor, and our daughter Emery; along with a Staffordshire bull terrier, Nymeria, and two cats. While starting a family and figuring our future out, I attended the College of Western Idaho. It was here that I received three associates degrees, Anthropology, History, and Geography. At this time I am enrolled at Boise State University and am just shy of a year away from receiving my Bachelors of Multidisciplinary┬áStudies, with a minor in History, Anthropology, and a Design Ethnography Certification. I connected with Giraffe Laugh after leaving the Library field. Wanting to stay in nonprofits and having worked doing marketing and graphic design with nonprofits for over four years it was a natural fit. I love leaving work at the end of the day and feeling as if I am helping to change someone’s day for the better. It makes me feel as if I am doing something great even if it is in a small way, and small drops over time make lakes. When not working or attending school I love reading sci-fi and fantasy books, playing games, being with family, and exploring.
