Mariah Oliver

Asst. Site Director at Giraffe Laugh on Grand Ave

I was born in Southern California and moved frequently throughout my childhood before finally settling in Idaho in 2011. As the oldest of five siblings, I played a major role in helping raise my brothers and sisters—especially after losing my dad at thirteen.

Those experiences shaped who I am today and sparked my passion for working with children and supporting families. My journey in early childhood education began in 2017 when I started college for elementary education. Since then, I have earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) and plan to continue furthering my education in early childhood education.

I love being part of the Giraffe Laugh family. Supporting school readiness, empowering families, and helping build strong futures—one child and one family at a time—is not only my passion, but my purpose. If I’m not at work, I love rockhounding with my five-year-old and exploring Idaho.
