Volunteer at Giraffe Laugh
At Giraffe Laugh, volunteers are part of something bigger: helping children and families thrive. There’s a role for every passion, and every helping hand moves us closer to a future where all children get the strong start they deserve.
Note: All volunteers working with children must pass an Enhanced Background Check through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Volunteers are never left alone with children and are always supervised by Giraffe Laugh staff.
Interested in Volunteering? Please contact events@giraffelaugh.org or marketing@giraffelaugh.org to sign up!
The scholarship program for children from low income families is a game changer for those fortunate enough to be enrolled and there are so many that need these services. Fully half of Idaho’s children do not have the basic skills needed to learn to read when they reach kindergarten. This is a statistic that needs to change. That’s why I volunteer for Giraffe Laugh, this crucial program in our community.
