About Us
Our Preschool. Our Family. Our Community.

Overview
Early Education
When children are born, their brains are 25% developed. By the time they leave our program and enter kindergarten, their brains are 90% developed. The first five years of a childs life is the most important for brain growth.
Food Pantry
1 in 6 children in Idaho go to bed hungry every night. Through our partnership with the Idaho Foodbank, we host 24/7 food pantries at all of our sites for families in need.
Summer School Age Program
More than half of the achievement gap between lower and higher income youth can be explained by unequal access to summer learning opportunities. We aim to bridge this gap with our K-6th grade summer program.
Parent Education
Over 3,600 children in Idaho are abused and neglected every year. When parents are empowered through education, support in times of need, and connections, they are less likely to abuse or neglect their children.
Giraffe Laugh Preschool in Garden City
Giraffe Laugh has partnered with the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children to bring a much needed half-day preschool program to the residents of Garden City located in the Boys and Girls Club.
We can see the future from here!
Giraffe Laugh is a local nonprofit that provides early childhood education and nurturing to 150 Treasure Valley children annually by ensuring school readiness, empowering families, and building strong futures.
