Irish Proverb: May you have the hindsight to know where you’ve been, the foresight to know where you are going, and the insight to know when you have gone too far.

Our amazing Board of Directors are at it again putting together our next Strategic Plan. We completed the last one and it was focused on two things only: keeping our doors open and increasing communication as much as possible with parents.

It’s time to look to the future and think about what the next 3-5 years holds for our mission to ensure school readiness, empower families and build strong futures. We want your input as some of our biggest stakeholders.

If you are a volunteer, donor, community member, partner agency or foundation/grantor please take a moment to fill out this stakeholder survey

If you are a Giraffe Laugh Parent, your survey is here.

A SWOT takes a close look at Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The goal is to focus on the good and increase that, then work on the challenges and diminish those as much as possible through strategies. There are four questions here, one for each of those categories and it’s very open ended. We want to hear from you and appreciate you taking the time to let us know what’s on your mind to help guide us toward a bright future like the ones we provide for children.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
